I've been a member of your Powerful Training Secrets site since you started it in the fall of 2006. The membership fee has been well worth it. One of the best investments I've made in regards to my weight training hobby.

I was also really impressed with your explanation of how to do Dumbell Split Squats that appeared in your most recent newsletter. Like you said, it's not a new exercise and I've seen pictures before but I never understood how it was any different than a lunge so I never did them. Your written explanation plus the video was great!

Seriously, I can't imagine anyone being dissatisfied with your site and what you are doing to help everyone who trains and wants to get the most out of their training. I've always been highly motivated to workout but now even more so!

It's not fair, though...soo many cool exercises and soo little recovery ability!
